Yeah, well - descriptions!
I toasted some Gardenia bread (sounds cheap i know; but I did not have any Baguette bread at the moment) , sliced in into quarters and toasted it in the broiler before spreading two with extra virgin olive oil butter. Then i rolled some smoked salmon slices on two pieces of toast and added some old food (chicken-mushroom cheese cream which is homemade).
Top-in some barbecue sauce with decorative bottle and viola, two slices of toast ready.
... but I had two more quarters of the bread left...
So I squeezed mayonnaise onto the other two slices right in the middle, added some orange lumpfish caviar and thats it!
But ofcourse .. the veggies! So for decorative purposes, i added a cabbage leaf (or lettuce, i often get confused here) and squeezed barbecue sauce at the side of the plate. To top it off, I used the pepper grinder to sprinkle some fresh spicy black pepper to taste.
