Sometimes people go about all around you saying tings that relate to friendship and stuff. I somehow stand aside, indifferent to that matter. It is so strange - friendship. When you feel like you live in a harsh world, you tend to find it a predicament in trusting friends.
Some might understand this weird behaviour - others try to preach, some comfort, others just leave you in your hellhole of worries. Sometimes its so difficult to understand what friendship is - its so foreign when you've always been mixing with people who just laughs at you faults, your downfalls, people who backstab, people who feels that you're just born as an accident.
What is friendship really?

Ouch.
Yea, I know I know...
Sendiri makan cili, sendiri rasa pedas... =.="
Like u always used to say, ALMOST everything is relative. I'd dare say "friendship" is too.
Do you understand the meaning of
"My Boss My Hero"?
I think you should watch it again.
friendship is the bond between ppl..
wats the point being a lone ranger where as others have the joy and laughter together with their friend..
wats the point to hide urself in the dark where u can share the happiness with ur friends...
How do you know they're friends?
When life is only filled with fiends.
How do you know its joy?
When all around you is ploy.
How do you know friends are heroes?
When all they do is zeros.
How do you know when friends can just be friends and I don't believe in relative friendship?
P.s. Lol, @k!ll3r @c3, i did not mean to make this post against what you said. That morning was just a small issue.... =.="
Phew~
THAT's a RELIEF... =.="
I hope it is... =.="
XP
Anyway.
I didn't mean friendship is relative.
HOW u look at friendship is relative.
HOW ppl DEFINE friendship is relative.
Friendship is friendship. Something between you and ppl u call friends. Nothing relative about that.
How u ask?
Tat's for us to find out ourselves.
Life experiences, our own definition and preferences.
Through wisdom garnered as we go along this journey called life.
Yeah Yeah, continue you both.
*Grabbed some popcorn*
I'm listening. :D
it realli depends on how u look on the matter...its not the matter that changes u...But is u that changes the matter...
u cant be too defensive when socializing...with that..it juz generate the feeling not to be around with ur friends...
i agree that friends might be foe...but..seriously...friends are the ones that accompany u most of the time...(excluding family and gf/bf)
isnt it true???
think of it...
rather facing the world alone??
or have friends that back u up whenever u are down...
Its funny - because sometimes "friends" don't even you that you're down. They don't even know that you're alone.
Its funny - because sometimes "friends" don't even you that you're down. They don't even know that you're alone.
That's because they aren't GOD!
Don't expect all your friends to be as sensitive as you expect them to be!
We are all human.
We have our limitations, our own worries and things that are bothering us.
All of us have our own ups and downs, and many of it are gone through alone as well, contrary to what you may think.
Why do some people seem to get noticed then?
Because they make a FUSS!!
Not that it's entirely wrong, some people are more expressive, not annoying in that sense.
And to wrap things up,
Here's something I say very often.
"Put yourself in others' shoes."
Think, as if you were in THEIR position.
Think from THEIR perspective.
You can understand people much better, as well as be more gracious towards them. ;)
'Ting ting'
9 points for that. :)
pardon me, but, i do hope you do not presume I speak as a representation of myself.
I only am addressing the issue that most OTHER people face. So, I know that friends are NOT God. They, simply are humans.
But what differs us humans from animals? We have the power to perceive. That could be the only reason why there is such thing as friends. To perceive their friend's problems - or, as you said, to step in another person's(friend's) shoe.
Relationships are a two way thing.
Like a bicycle.
The front wheel can't be the only one rotating if the bicycle's to move forward.
Both sides must make an effort to understand the other's problems, or weaknesses.
And, as you have said,
Being able to PERCEIVE is an ABILITY (Power).
We aren't born with it.
We have to LEARN it. ;)
"Life's a long journey of constant learning." ;)
