New Entry

Well, as usual, its going to be another poem. Honestly, I do not even know the meaning of this poem! Well, its for you to interpret yourself.

Untitled

Let me dwell not,
In the darkest of shadows,
Like the inevitable knot,
In the dark deathly gallows.

Grant me not death so despicable,
Seek me the light of day,
Hence along the path will I not stumble,
But walking tall I shall stay.

Though lead may penetrate,
And blood shall shed,
My iron will it will not fade,
Upon the plains of greenest shade.

Give me the uncontested faith,
So I may thirst no longer,
But upon my imminent grave,
In peace I lie forever.

A gravely poem indeed. Think about how you want to use it ... prudently I hope!

This peice reads like a psalm (that's a compliment in my book). Dark and hopeful at the same time.

Wanted to stop by and thank you for commenting at my blog Told on a Friday.

Keep writing!
