Poem blogging

I'll be using this blog to post most of my poems, where my feelings can be expressed in a different way. Here's my first:

Sacrifice or Lies?

I can’t find the words to describe,
All I know is that you’re different,
I thought a second you’re mine,
So close to my grasping hands,
So close to my gasping lungs.

The truth can’t hurt more than this,
You are not for my abode,
Don’t keep in the silence,
I can’t hear your breathing,
Come closer to me.

Don’t you know, I don’t know,
If you seek me or not,
In the dark, in the pain,
I shall dwell forever,
The root of my soul is ablaze.

Love comes with a choice,
Love comes with sacrifice,
I know it isn’t right,
But that is your path,
Your right to happiness.

How hard choices can be,
But I know it’s best for you,
You will be engirdled in your joy,
While I sit here and rot,
I am letting you go.

Then should time pass away,
So my soul shall decay,
My faith, my strength,
Make haste to help me,
I’ve set you free and imprisoned myself.

I'm not going to tell you the meaning. You'll have to guess it yourself. I'm sorry, its too hard for me to explain.
